Membership Rates:
Drop-ins: $11
10 Class Punch Pass: $90
Class F.Y.I’s:
• Try to arrive to class at least 5 minutes early
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Yoga is best practiced on an empty or lightly-fed stomach
• Its always ok to rest, modify, or skip any pose or exercise
• Please inform your instructor if you are injured or pregnant before class begins
• Remember: Flexibility is NOT a pre-requisite for either Yoga or Pilates
